C-Square is a newly formed company with 8 years of experience in large and complex SAP CRM projects.

Our expertise lies in complex and challenging (mostly ramp-up) projects, both on the technology and the business side. We challenge our customers and we need to be challenged in order to help clients achieve high performance by efficiently anticipating, meeting and exceeding their customers' expectations.

In our projects we always start with supporting the client in determining the correct requirements, for now and for the future. Before implementing a SAP system you need to know what the customer really wants and needs. You must know the answers to questions like: “who are our (key)customers, what segments do we strategically need to define, “how do we want to interact with the different segments”, “what do we need to change in our organization to achieve our goals and make a good ROI”? Only if you really understand an clients’ strategic marketing needs can you translate this into a workable operational marketing, service and sales environment.
