Job details Experienced Functional SAP CRM Consultant
In your role as a Senior CRM Consultant you will have the responsibility to further develop your knowledge of SAP-CRM (products and related services) and share your experience on project mode at customers and internally. All necessary tools (training, coaching, etc...) will be given to you to help you further develop this knowledge.
Further responsibilities will include to:
- Be involved in national or international SAP projects
- Work in a team of experienced SAP consultants and take a leading role
- Cooperate actively in expanding our SAP CRM consulting team
- Manage CRM projects at Customer site
- Develop knowledge in our focus areas Service, Sales, Marketing
- Work closely with consultants from other expertise teams (ERP/Workflow/process improvement, Netweaver …) to boost integration and actively serve the customer
Technical/Functional Knowledge
- In-depth SAP-CRM knowledge
- Knowledge of/or experience in CRM 7.0 or previous Web versions
- Excellent functional knowledge of CRM Business Processes (Sales, Services, Marketing)
- Experience with full-life cycle implementations or roll-out projects or several years experience in maintenance and support
- Exposure or knowledge in other SAP areas is an advantage (Netweaver/Portal, IS-U, BI…
Other
- To be able to generate business development
- To be able and secure to really consult a client based on knowledge, experience and insight in the clients' business area
- At least 5 years SAP CRM consulting experience
Language
Dutch or French Fluent written and spoken (Minimum one national language required)
English Fluent written and spoken
